What Is Nanoplastia Hair Treatment?
Nanoplastia is a semi-permanent smoothing treatment that uses amino acids and organic acids, sealed in with heat, to take frizzy, puffy or wavy hair to smooth, straight and glossy.

After a deep-cleansing wash, a smoothing formula of amino acids and organic acids is combed through your hair section by section. Heat from a blow-dryer and flat iron then seals it into the hair fibre, calming the cuticle so frizz and bulk lie flat.
Frizzy and wavy hair usually comes out smooth and straight. Very tight curls relax a lot but may not go pin-straight in one session. Donya will tell you honestly what your hair can achieve before she starts.
No. It is a semi-permanent treatment that fades gradually as you wash. New growth comes in with your natural texture, so there is no harsh line, and you can repeat it when you are ready.

A clarifying shampoo removes build-up so the smoothing formula can work evenly from root to tip.
The formula is combed through in fine sections and left to process for your hair type.

Every nanoplastia starts with a consultation and strand check. We work in a ventilated space, keep the product off your scalp, and only treat hair that is strong enough for it. If nanoplastia is not right for you, Donya will say so and suggest an alternative.
Because smoothing treatments involve chemicals and heat, we recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding, or speaking with your doctor first.
Some acid-based smoothing formulas, including those with glyoxylic acid, have been linked to kidney problems in rare medical reports. If you have a kidney condition, please check with your doctor before booking and tell us at your consultation.

Usually, yes. Many of our clients have colour or highlights. Nanoplastia can lift artificial colour slightly, so we plan colour and nanoplastia about two weeks apart. Heavily bleached or breaking hair may need repair first.
When can I wash my hair after nanoplastia?
It depends on the formula used, so Donya will tell you exactly when to wash at the end of your appointment. After that, use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to make your results last longer.
